Is a deposit required when I book my bouncy castle.

We do not take bookings when booking your bouncy castle and you are free to cancel your booking at any time up to 24 hours prior to your hire date/time. If you cancel after this time we expect full payment if delivered.

 

What is included in the price of hiring my bouncy castle.

Delivery and set up, collection and take away of your bouncy castle, full safety briefing, Safety crash mats, blower, and all electrical equipment.

 

Delivery times

We will try and accommodate all our customers hire times, but in busy periods and when hire times are close together, hall hires will take priority due to their time restrictions.

 

What preparations should I take, prior to delivery of my bouncy castle.

Please make sure you have at least a 3ft wide access to the site. Insure gardens are clear of any sharp objects and dog mess, and you have an electric point within 40m.

 

How much room will I need.

The size of your bouncy castle is given on our website ( if you are unsure, please ask ) You will need a couple of feet each side to allow access, and the same at the rear for the blower, you will also need around 6ft at the front for safety crash mats.

 

Are you insured.

We hold a full public liability insurance of 5 million pounds. This covers you against accidents and injuries caused by our equipment failure and the improper installation. You, the hirer, are responsible for insuring proper adult supervision of the children using our equipment, and their safety. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries other than those caused directly by faults in our equipment, or improper installation.

 

How do I pay.

Payment is taken on the day of hire. You may pay by cash on the day, or, should you wish to  pay by cheque, this must be received by us 7 working days PRIOR to delivery of your castle. Cheques should be made payable to:  Ampthill Bouncy Castles
